About Nico's Wild Kitchen
Nico is a private chef, farmer & forager. Her background in integrative nutrition, gastronomy, fermentation & herbalism inspires unique, wholesome, delicious meals to optimize your health.
Nico developed the Forager's Supper Club as a pop-up seasonal dinners to honor the abundance of the land and share the experience of local and wild foods.
She offers farm-to-table catering and private cooking services. She teaches 1:1 classes, group classes on topics such as meal prep, fermentation, canning, foraging and more.
